Golf will be present on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 September with various activities for the enjoyment of all visitors who come to the Plaza de Colón. This is a first step to play golf in Madrid.
The European Week of Sport is an initiative of the European Commission to promote sport and physical activity throughout Europe. Next week will generate new activities as existing initiatives at European, national, regional or local level. This campaign at European level is an inspiration to the Europeans to be active (#BeActive) this week and also to encourage them to remain so throughout the year.
Within the program of the European Week of Sport, which will run from Monday 7th to Sunday 13 September, golf will be present with various activities Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th from 12:00 to 14:00 and 17 : 00 to 20:30 hours in Madrid’s Plaza Colon.
All those who want to start at the fabulous world of golf have an appointment next week.
In addition to golf in Madrid, combat sports, collective, individual, will meet in sand, racket, a climbing wall and countless activities.
The Golf Federation Madrid, from the hand of host golf clubs Golf Aranjuez and garden of Aranjuez, will be present with various activities to bring golf to all visitors.
Within the program of the European week of sport, which will take place from Monday 7 and until Sunday 13 September, the Golf Federation Madrid will be present with various activities on Saturday, September 12 from 10:00 to 20:00 pm in the plaza of the city of Aranjuez.
At the same time other sports will be present to delight young and old who want to come to the beautiful suburb.
