5. The day you lose
The one nobody puts in a budget. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas is about 18 km from the centre, so the transfer in is usually twenty to twenty five minutes depending on traffic.
Land in the morning and you can play that afternoon. Get the arrival flight wrong and you have paid for four nights and played three rounds.
